As usual, calls from listeners were taken. Andrei Yefimkin answered many questions concerning the subtleties of conducting negotiations based on his
own experience. For example, he advised listeners on what to do if an opponent assumes a condescending tone, emphasizing his or her seniority in terms
of age. Attention was also paid to the meanings of words and language in the negotiation process.
